These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the KnoMarket website, app and services ("KnoMarket", "we", "us"). KnoMarket is owned and operated by KnoMarket, our Contact page. By using KnoMarket or creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our प्राइवेसी पॉलिसी. If you do not agree, please do not use KnoMarket.

1. What KnoMarket is

KnoMarket is an online local business directory and discovery platform. Business owners list their businesses; customers find them, contact them, book with them and review them. KnoMarket is an intermediary: we are not a party to any sale, service or agreement between a customer and a business, unless we clearly say so (for example, when you buy a plan or an advertisement from us).

2. Who can use KnoMarket

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use KnoMarket with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You must give true and current information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• One person may not create accounts to mislead others (for example, to post reviews about their own business).

3. Customers

• Searching, viewing and contacting businesses is free.
• Information on a listing (prices, timings, offers, photos) is provided by the business. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it — please confirm important details with the business before you buy or pay.
• When you send an enquiry or a booking request, your name and contact details are shared with that business so it can reply to you.
• Where online payment for a booking is available, the cancellation and refund rules shown before you pay apply (see our कैंसलेशन और रिफ़ंड पॉलिसी).

4. Business owners

• You may list only a business that you own or are authorised to manage.
• Your listing must be true, lawful and up to date. You must hold the licences and registrations your business needs.
• You must own or have permission to use every photo, logo, video and text you upload. You give KnoMarket a free, non-exclusive licence to show this content on KnoMarket and to use it to promote your listing on KnoMarket.
• New listings and changes may be reviewed before they go live. We may refuse, edit for format, hide or remove a listing that breaks these Terms or the law.
• Leads and booking requests you receive must be used only to serve that customer — not for spam or selling to others.

5. Verification badges

A वेरिफ़ाइड badge means our team has checked that the business exists and that its basic details are correct, at the time of the check. A दस्तावेज़ वेरिफ़ाइड badge means the business documents shown in the badge (for example a GST certificate or shop registration) were submitted and approved by our team. Documents are used only for verification and are not shown to the public. A badge is not a guarantee of the quality of any product or service, and we may remove a badge if details change or turn out to be incorrect.

6. Reviews and ratings

• Reviews must be based on your own genuine experience with the business.
• Not allowed: fake or paid reviews, reviews of your own business or a competitor, abusive, hateful, obscene or defamatory content, personal information of others, and advertising.
• Reviews may be moderated and are published after approval. We may remove reviews that break these rules. Business owners may reply publicly to reviews but may not offer rewards for good reviews.
• Reviews are the opinion of their authors, not of KnoMarket.

7. Paid services (plans, advertisements, promotions, event listings)

• Current prices are shown on our कीमतें page and before you pay. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where GST applies. A tax invoice is available in your dashboard.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not see or store your card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
• One-time plans run for the period you paid for and are not renewed automatically. A plan with AutoPay is charged each period only after you approve the mandate; you can stop AutoPay any time and no further charge will be made.
• If we change a plan or its price, what you have already paid for stays as bought until the end of that period.
• Advertisements and event listings are reviewed before they go live. We may reject content that is misleading, unlawful or against these Terms.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our कैंसलेशन और रिफ़ंड पॉलिसी; delivery of these online services is explained in our शिपिंग और डिलीवरी पॉलिसी.

8. Things you must not do

• Break any law, or post content that is false, misleading, obscene, defamatory, hateful, threatening, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Copy, scrape or collect data from KnoMarket in bulk, or use it to send spam.
• Upload viruses or try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to KnoMarket.
• Use KnoMarket to sell prohibited goods or services.

9. Our content and brand

The KnoMarket name, logo, design and software belong to KnoMarket. You may not use them without our written permission. Content uploaded by users belongs to them (see section 4).

10. Third-party services

KnoMarket uses services such as maps, payment gateways, SMS / WhatsApp / email providers and social login. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

KnoMarket is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Businesses are solely responsible for their products, services, prices and conduct. To the extent the law allows, KnoMarket is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any dispute between a customer and a business, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to KnoMarket in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate KnoMarket for any loss or claim caused by your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, that breaks these Terms or the law, or to protect users. You may stop using KnoMarket at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to admin@knomarket.com. Amounts already paid are handled as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Important changes will be announced on KnoMarket. Using KnoMarket after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhadohi (Sant Ravidas Nagar), Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
